Mike Dinella is a full- time,  award‑winning real estate professional with more than 35 years of experience serving South Jersey. He has been a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson since 1991 and a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker since 2006. His career reflects consistent, long‑term success built on trust, deep market knowledge, and exceptional client service.

A lifelong resident of the Collingswood, Haddonfield, and Cherry Hill area, Mike brings clients what they value most: true boots‑on‑the‑ground local intelligence. His in‑depth understanding of neighborhoods, housing styles, schools, zoning, and community amenities provides insight that cannot be replicated by online searches or automated estimates. Over his career, Mike has successfully sold more than 1,000 homes, including 200 homes in Collingswood, 150 in Haddon Township, 75 in Haddonfield and 50 in Audubon —demonstrating unmatched local market expertise and long‑term client trust.

Mike is a member in good standing with the local Nexus Association of Realtors®, the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®. He also  is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, Cape May County Association of Realtors® and the South Jersey Shore Regional MLS.

Mike’s professional impact extends well beyond individual transactions. He served as a Borough Councilman and Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Boards in Barrington, where he worked closely with local officials to redevelop a long‑blighted section of the White Horse Pike. That effort led to the development of a Super Wawa, Chick‑fil‑A, and a national family casual dining restaurant, creating more than 100 jobs and generating new tax revenue for the borough.

In addition, Mike served on the Executive Committee of the Collingswood High School Athletic Hall of Fame during its formative years. Through strategic leadership and strong community relationships, he helped grow the foundation, which now awards more than $75,000 annually in college scholarships—continuing a tradition of supporting local students that spans more than 30 years.

Throughout his career, Mike has earned numerous professional awards and honors. These include being named a South Jersey Magazine Top Real Estate Professional in 2025 and 2026 , a Philadelphia Magazine Top Real Estate Producer in 2019 and 2024, and a Barrington’s Best Award recipient in 2023. He has also been a long‑time recipient of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award at the Silver Level for achieving 25 or more units annually, earning the honor multiple times between 1999 and 2024. His additional distinctions include the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club Lifetime Award, membership in the NJAR Quarter Century Club, recognition as a Five Star Real Estate Professional, licensure as a New Jersey Real Estate Broker, and licensure as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson.
