Most of Camden, Burlington & Gloucester is served by NJAW but some local towns still own and operated their water & sewer departments. If that is the case with your new home, then you will not need to arrange water service since this is a municipal item that can be lien (much like unpaid property taxes). The title clerk will make all adjustments and notifications at settlement.
